PATTERN FAILURE - THE HIGHEST % TRADES

The highest % trade setup is a pattern failure. So when your trading a pattern and it comes against you REVERSE. You always need to stay alert when trading a price pattern knowing that failure will result in a high percentage trade and often a big move.

 

5 week parallel channel final fails/breaks.

YM 3 min reverse Head & Shoulder fails  102204

I was short and reversed to long at the green arrow. Partials were taken near high of move. Balance was held during retest of neckline. Then reversed near breakeven. I consider the break of the right shoulder pivot as the failure. 80 point resulted from this failure pattern.
