information to the right side of your body, and the right Babies naturally have a homolateral flow. It is the function of crawling
that initiates the energies flowing in a crossover
At anytime during the day you feel unfocused or your energy diminishing do step 2 only. Do the full routine in the morning before trading. (1) Drink 1 glass of water before beginning....IMPORTANT. DRINK TOTAL 6 GLASSES THROUGHOUT THE DAY. (2) K-27 MASSAGE: Massage your K-27 point before proceeding to step 3.
Use the right hand to stimulate the left K-27 while the opposite hand is placed flat over the navel. It is important to always ground at the navel. The K-27 spot, shown with blue arrow, will feel like a indentation and perhaps a little sore. Stimulate K-27 points with firm rotary pressure for 15 to 30 seconds each or until pain at K-27 points is gone. The K-27's may be stimulated as often as necessary. When they are sensitive, they need attention. Massaging the K-27 acupuncture points aligns the total energy system. This technique can be used on a daily basis and randomly throughout the day to recharge your energy. Stimulate before arising in the morning and
start the day smoothly. WHAT TO EXPECT WHEN THE K-27's ARE RESET ON A REGULAR BASIS. More energy, clearer thinking, improved vision, brightens and straightens your body on all levels, ability to perceive the truth, experience being plugged into the universe, feeling tuned up and turned on with an enormous improvement in everyday living and effectiveness.
3a- do 1 minute In the walking in place position, lift right arm and left leg simultaneously. Alternate touching you right hand or elbow to your left knee then left hand or elbow to right knee. While doing the exercise continually repeat the affirmation.
AFFIRMATION- I AM RELAXED, I AM DOING MY BEST 3b- do 1 minute. Repeat 3a this time swinging your arms across the center line of your body to the opposite side of your body. AFFIRMATION- I AM RESPONSIBLE, I AM THANKFUL FOR ALL
Lower right arm and left leg before you lift left arm and right leg. Lower your right arm and left leg before before you lift your left arm and right leg. Arm should be above head and thigh parallel to the floor or a comfortable level. While doing the exercise continually repeat the affirmation.
AFFIRMATION- I AM JOYFUL. I RELEASE THE PAST. I ALLOW CHANGES TO SERVE MY HIGHEST GOOD.
Repeat this movement for a minute.. Breathe deeply through your nose and exhale through your mouth.
