IBNR4-1 Trading Naked  Setup

IBNR4-1 = Current bars high is less than  High of previous bar and current bars Low >= Low of previous bar and range of bar is smallest in last 4 bars.

This is one variation of the Inside Bar setups. Will show others another time. 

This is a pure price action setup. 

 
 
 
IBNR4-1 . Bonds USU03 - 55 tick - 082103.  (chart below)
  • Money management used. 
  • Take profit = range of bar preceding the IBNR4-1 bar.  
  • Entry 1 tick above/below bar preceding IBNR4-1. 
  • Initial Stop is 1 tick above/below bar preceding IBNR4-1 bar. 
  • SAR on reverse signal.
  • If trading 2 contracts move stop per pivots/fractals after profit at target #1. SAR on reverse signal.
  • Trading 1 contract profit = $900 profit at 1st target or sar.
  • Trading 1 contract profit = $1970 using trail after 1st target area reached or sar
  • Trading 2 contracts profit = $1800 both at target 1 or sar
  • Trading 2 contracts profit $2600 using target 1 for 1st or sar and trailing until stopped or sar = target 2
  • The chart below is taking every signal for illustration purposes only. 
  • Individual signals can be screened with other factors. 
  • Different money management techniques can be used to increase profits.
