Here is a template for Ensign users. If others are interested in it post to the group for Tradestation parameters. Basically we have 3 Bollinger Bands and a few stochastic.

The Ingos method consists of using 3 Bollinger bands (20,2) (60,2) (180.2). These serve as dynamic support and resistant levels. In addition 2 stochastic are used both as histograms and oscillators.  Prefers tick charts. Primarily trades off 351 tick cycle. Watches 3 time frames. Most entries are at the bands with stochastic showing price ready to change direction. Uses market orders and no stops. Trades patterns seen in bands and stoch, not price patterns. One chart timeframe allows you to see 3 timeframes up with the bands. The stochastic allow to see one time frame up.
